Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 2, 2026

Cur-Tech, LLC, operating as GoodFlow (“GoodFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and disclose personal information through GoodFlow.com and related business communications.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you contact us, submit a project inquiry, request product information, or subscribe to communications, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, company, job title, project location, and information included in your message or correspondence.

Website usage information. We collect information about interactions with our website, including IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, referring websites, and visit dates and times. This information may be collected through server logs, cookies, and similar technologies.

Communication information. We maintain records of inquiries, project discussions, correspondence, and marketing preferences in HubSpot, our customer relationship management and email marketing platform. We also collect information about interactions with our marketing emails, including email opens and link clicks.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or health information, through website forms.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and requests for product information.
  • Discuss project requirements and coordinate product support.
  • Provide requested resources and relevant business communications.
  • Manage contact records, project histories, and business relationships.
  • Send product updates, company news, and marketing communications, subject to applicable requirements and your preferences.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website.
  • Understand website usage and evaluate our marketing efforts.
  • Maintain business records and comply with applicable legal obligations.

How We Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information to:

  • Service providers that support website hosting, customer relationship management, email marketing, analytics, and other business operations. We use HubSpot to store and manage contact information, maintain business communications, track website and email interactions, and send marketing emails. Information collected through inquiries, subscriptions, and tracking technologies may be stored and processed in HubSpot on our behalf.
  • Relevant product or installation partners when needed to respond to your inquiry or coordinate project support. This may include sharing your contact information, project details, and relevant correspondence.
  • Legal authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate fraud, or address security concerns.
  • Parties involved in a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable requirements.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality and understand visitor activity.

We use HubSpot website and email tracking to understand how visitors interact with our website and marketing communications. Information collected may include pages visited, repeat visits, email opens, and link clicks. Where available, this activity may be associated with your contact record.

You can adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Disabling cookies may affect certain website features and may not prevent all forms of tracking, including tracking through email links. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails as described below.

Embedded Content and External Links

Our website may include content provided by third parties, such as videos or other embedded resources. These providers may collect information about your device and activity, use cookies or similar technologies, and monitor your interaction with their content, including activity across websites. If you are signed into an account with the provider, it may associate those interactions with your account.

Our website may also contain links to third-party websites. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies, rather than this policy.

Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us at info@goodflow.com. We may continue to send communications necessary to respond to your requests or support an ongoing project or business relationship.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including rights to obtain a copy of your information or opt out of certain processing activities.

Send requests to info@goodflow.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and may retain information when necessary for legal obligations or other permitted purposes.

If applicable law provides a right to appeal a decision concerning your request, you may submit an appeal to the same email address with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.”

Information Retention

Marketing contacts. We review marketing contact records twice a year and remove contacts after five years without meaningful interaction if they have never submitted a project inquiry or entered into a project contract. Meaningful interaction includes a reply, new inquiry, meeting, or other direct business communication. Automated email opens alone do not restart that period.

Project inquiries and contract records. We retain project inquiry and contract records, including associated contact information, project details, and correspondence, indefinitely for ongoing project reference and business recordkeeping, subject to applicable legal requirements and valid privacy requests.

Unsubscribe records. We retain the minimum information needed to honor unsubscribe requests for as long as we operate the relevant email marketing program. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not automatically delete project or contract records. Retaining those records does not override your marketing opt-out.

Retention of other website and operational information depends on its purpose, service-provider settings, and applicable requirements. We may suspend routine deletion when records are needed for an active dispute, legal hold, or other legal obligation.

Information Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

Our website is intended for a business and professional audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, business practices, or legal obligations change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will provide a notice on our website or other notice as required by applicable law.
